What exactly is Soylent?
Soylent is complete nutrition in a convenient format. Each product is engineered to provide a balanced mix of protein, healthy fats, fiber, and 28 essential vitamins and minerals.
How long does Soylent stay fresh?
Our shelf-stable Drinks and Powders typically have a shelf life of 12 months. Once opened, Drinks should be refrigerated and consumed within 48 hours, while prepared Powder should be finished within 2 days.
Is Soylent vegan and gluten-free?
Yes, all Soylent products are 100% vegan and use plant-based protein. Most of our product line is also formulated without gluten, though we recommend checking individual packaging for specific certification labels.
How does the subscription service work?
Our subscription service allows you to save on every order by scheduling recurring deliveries. You can skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrived damaged or if there is an issue with the quality, please contact our support team within 30 days for a replacement or refund.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Shipping is free for subscribers and for one-time orders over a certain threshold, typically arriving within 3-5 business days.
