Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be fully satisfied with your Soylent experience, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened products purchased directly from our site. Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on opened items, but we are happy to address any quality issues or shipping damage.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for your return.
- 2.Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the appropriate return shipping address.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely pack your unopened Soylent products and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping it back to us.
- 4.Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, typically within 5-7 business days.
